heeheee.....yeahh... both my written paper's mcq. progree test's 125mcq the semester test 100qns. but but but.... it's not easy ok! some got 5 choices, some got a lot more. kinda diff formats for diff sections. n i've got another 2 prac... OSCEs - Objective Strutured Clinical Exams. haha. i'm gonna dieeee. anw apparently the reason for mcq papers is that they can't finish marking them on time. hahaa... damn lousy reason but who cares... hahaaa. i don't have to write like mad. :p

tips on how to bust stress

Hey girls... exams approaching. here's some ways to relax and be refreshed so as to continue mugging.
Cheers!

1) Get outdoors for a brief break. Even five minutes can be rejuvenating.

2) Drink plenty of water and eat small, nutritious snacks.(Haha... does chocs count?) Hunger and dehydration, even before you're aware of them, can provoke aggressiveness and exacerbate feelings of anxiety and stress. (hmmm... guess this means no dieting during exams... it can wait :p )

3) Plan something rewarding for the end of your stressful day, even if only a relaxing bath or half an hour with a good book. (Sleep!!!) Put aside work for a brief period before bedtime and allow yourself to fully relax. Don't spend this time planning tomorrow's schedule or doing chores you didn't get around to during the day.

Remember that you need time to recharge and energize yourself - you'll be much better prepared to face another stressful day. (yeah... brains love sleep :P )

yeah yeah... nus's term's starting soon. tmr actually. but i've one day 'off' coz i've no lect tmr :) n since tue is national day, i'd be missing 2 lects. lol... dunno whether it's a good thing or a bad thing.
